Keras World is not a long catalogue: it is a short, defensible list. Every family —the gelato that makes no apologies, the sorbetto made of real fruit, the olio you can taste on the plate— comes from the same question: would we eat this ourselves, every day?

Three families and none of them filler. Filter by one and we will tell you where it comes from.
Real gelato: milk, fruit and time. Less air and less sugar than an industrial ice cream, because we are not after volume — we are after something worth eating. Four fixed flavours and no rush to have twenty.
Fruit and little else. No dairy, no colourings and no turning it into a wellness speech: it is sorbet, and it tastes good. We make it with whatever seasonal fruit we find in decent shape, so the list moves.
Extra virgin olive oil from a single harvest, bottled dark because light ruins it. You can taste it on the plate: if you have to explain why an oil is good, it probably is not.
Something big is cooking. We do not tease anything that is not ready, but the next one is already in the works: when it lands you will know why we took our time.
