Yellow Catuai coffee cold brew (59.3%), agave syrup, milk protein concentrate, corn dextrose, coconut oil, agave inulin, skimmed milk powder, pure defatted cocoa powder (0.5%), stabilizers (locust bean gum and guar gum), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), sea salt.

Notes
Star product. Born from our collaboration with Café de Finca, who roast single-origin coffee in Barcelona and had spent a while working out how to serve it cold without watering it down.
The coffee is cold-brewed for 18 hours and folded into the gelato base once it has cooled, so the aroma survives. It tastes of coffee, not of coffee-flavoured dessert.
